She was born in Santo Domingo Pueblo, New Mexico on December 17, 1933 to Santiago and Reyes Calabaza.
Virginia spent many years caring for people as a LPN and a Respiratory Therapist.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Santiago Calabaza and Reyes R. Calabaza, her husband Henry Story, her brothers: Delfino and Jimmy Calabaza, and her sons: Jimmy and Tony McClure.
Left to cherish her precious memory are her daughters: Janice and husband Ken Inman, Tammie and husband Mark Lowe, and Dawn Mahan-Fuller and her husband “Boog”, her son Matt Story, 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and her dog Dolly.
