John "Jack" Abbott

Jack’s memory will live on in the hearts of his family members: Son David (Laurie) Abbott and his sons Devon and Arin; sisters Mary Nieth, Pat Ferreti and Evelyn Abbott; Daughter Mary Jane McCullough and her children Steven (Jamie) McCullough and Melanie McCullough-Christensen (Vern) and her children Kai, Cray and Salah, and her children Ezekiel and Ezra;

Jack will be reunited with his loving wife Kathleen at the gates of heaven, as well as his parents Orme and Mary Abbott.

Prayer services were held on Monday, March 27th at 7:30 pm from Notre Dame de Lourdes Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial was held on Tuesday, March 28th from St. Joseph Calasanctius Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Rev. Anthony Afangide, M.S.P. as celebrant. Luncheon and fellowship followed immediately after the service in the St. Joseph Hall. Interment will take place at a later date. Memorial donations in Jack's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon Branch 101 440 2nd Avenue North, Saskatoon, SK S7K 2C3.
