He was born, grew up and farmed all his working life in the Meota district. He enjoyed curling, baseball, golf and bridge.
He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Marion and his two daughters and three sons, Debbie (Bob) Neville, Laura (Alan) Tucker, Gordon (Angie) Iverson, Ken Iverson, Stan (Darlene) Iverson.
Grandchildren, Jason (Debra) Neville, Allison (David) Weigel, Bruce (Brittany) Tucker, Alanna (Brennan) Tucker, Michelle Tucker, Becky Tucker, Dale (Sarah) Iverson, Dan (Monika) Iverson, Scott (Shelley) Iverson, Amanda Iverson, Theron (Amber) Iverson, Chad (Destiny) Iverson, Jordan (Tala) Iverson, Natasha Iverson.

He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Emma Iverson, his brother Elmer and his wife Betty.
