William Bernard Sapp

William “Bill” Bernard Sapp was born September 12, 1952 to Agnes Sapp & Patrick Okemow (King).

Bill is survived by his loving wife Donna Tootoosis; a daughter in Nova Scotia; children: Nadine, Bernadine, Bernard, Dennis, and Bernall; stepchildren: Natalie, Deanna, Tanis, Everett, Barbara, Michelle, and Elmer; brothers: Gerry (Cheryl), Neil, Lyndon, Carl (Bernadine), Kelly, Gary, Gerald, Jason, Richard, John K, Morris K., and Mark K.; sisters: Marlene, Caroline, Karen, Lorna, Nora, Ina, Leona, Agnes (babygirl); 21 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, cousins & friends...

Bill was predeceased by his daughter Candace Sapp; parents Agnes and Patrick; brothers Dennis, Leon, and Steven; grandparents Harriet & Tom Sapp; nieces Anjanette, May, and Rianna; nephew Logan S.

Bill was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin, mooshom and friend.

Funeral service was held on Monday, August 4, 2014 from the Little Pine Elders' Hall, with interment at the Little Pine Cemetery. HONORARY PALLBEARERS were: Everyone who knew and loved Bill. ACTIVE PALLBEARERS were: Ed Night, Leo Night, Fletcher Checkosis Sr., Erland Atimoya, Elmer Tootoosis, and Maheegan Tootoosis.
