Relatives and friends of Angela Burn are invited to attend her Funeral Service at 12 Noon on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 7113 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, SC 29406. Burial will follow in Tabernacle Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery, 219 E. Friendfield Rd, Coward, SC 29530. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of service.
Angela was born in Rockville, Indiana, on March 16, 1953, but considered herself a native South Carolinian, because her dad was in the United States Airforce at the time of her birth. She was the daughter of Jack P. and Georgia T. Yarborough.
She enjoyed many hobbies over the years, including ceramics, cake decorating and cooking. Angela was an excellent cook, capturing the expertise of both her dad and mom’s country cooking and taking numerous cooking classes and was able to cook sophisticated dishes as well. She also enjoyed spending time on the beach.
Angela had a heart of gold and compassion for others. She was always willing to help anyone in need, often providing whatever they needed or discounting services for them. Her three grandchildren were very special and her pride and joy.
She retired at the end of 2020, after thirty plus years as a successful cosmetologist in North Charleston. She owned and operated Stylelettes Hair Salon. She loved her clients and established lasting friendships over the years.
Angela is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Ronald D Burn, Sr.; her sons, David Burn (Luisa) and Craig Burn (Kirstie); her grandchildren, Chandler Burn, Isabella Burn and Job Burn, as well as her sister, Michele Rochelle. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack P. Yarborough and Georgia T. Yarborough and her brother, Jack B. Yarborough.
Arrangements by CAROLINA MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 7113 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, SC 29406.
