Betty B. Mizzell

Betty is survived by 2 daughters: Debra “Debbie” Reno of Summerville, SC; Sherri Weaver (Derrick Weaver) of Summerville, SC. Three Sons: Michael Parker (Kimberly Parker) of West Ashley, SC, Gerald “Jerry” Parker of Omaha, NE; Mark Parker of Summerville, SC. Also, 10 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren. Her 2 brothers: Don Bledsoe of Columbia, SC, Benjamin Bledsoe (Patricia Bledsoe) Columbia, SC, and 1 Sister: Sandra Bledsoe of Columbia, SC. Also, numerous nieces and nephews.

Betty loved spending time with her family, fishing, and her beloved dogs. She enjoyed being on the boat or just sitting on porch drinking her coffee and having good conversation. She will be sadly missed.

Also wanted to include and thank the Hospice nurses for being like family; Intrepid Hospice, CNA Melissa Kinloch, CNA Tameka Gadson and RN Sara Gould.

A Visitation will be held on June 7, 2021 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. A celebration of Life Service from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Carolina Memorial Funerals & Cremation, 7113 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, SC 29406. The burial will follow from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm at Carolina Memorial Gardens.

Pastor Bruce Oler will be officiating .
