Born in Eaton, Ohio on June 16, 1952, David was the son of the late Bedford Tuggle and Irene Conner Tuggle.
In addition to his loving wife, Terry, David is survived by daughter, Debbie Nisius (Robbie); step-daughters, Connie Sweat, Melissa Dean and Deane Smith; step-son, Duane Sweat; granddaughters, Andrea Nichole Nisius, Maranda Morefield (Jerry) and Graci Dennis; sisters, Regina Strothman, Carol Littman (Doug), Bonnie Qualls (Jack) Arlene Hobbs (Dale) and Valerie Myers (Tony) and brothers, Tony Tuggle (Linda) and Billy Tuggle (Beverly).
In addition to his parents David was preceded in death by brother, Gary Allen Tuggle.
