Frankie was born on September 20, 1956 in Fort Meade, MD to Charles Lee Leegette and Peggy Boykin Leegette.
Frankie will be remembered for his jokes, dedication to his family and his love for Nascar. He was a “Jack of all trades” and there was nothing he could not fix. His loved ones are sure he is sipping on a great cup of coffee, eating his favorite pineapple upside-down cake and playing with his late, favorite dog, Jack.
Frankie is lovingly remembered by his wife, Tina Leegette; children, Kendall McIntyre, Daniel Leegette, Jason Leegette and Ryan Leegette; stepchildren, April Ratliff, Jacob Ratliff and Lucas Cardenas; 16 grandchildren and siblings, Charles Leegette, Deborah Schneider and Ann Wade.
