Joyce was born January 18, 1930 in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Albert and Hazel Beneman.
She is survived by her children: Dennis Rowe; Stephen Rowe and Dean Rowe. Her granddaughter: Rachael Rowe. Her brother-in-laws; Daniel Rowe and Walter Rowe and a sister-in-law; Barbara Rowe.
A life well celebrated graveside service at Carolina Memorial Park for Joyce will be held Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 11:00 AM. A burial will occur at Carolina Memorial Gardens, 7113 Rivers Ave North Charleston, South Carolina 29406.
