Leola Medlin Parker

Leola was born on Feb 1 1935 to the late Azilee Lloyd Brady & Maxey L. Brady of Swansea.

She is survived by two sons, Legrand (Wife-Cindy) Medlin & Jim (Wife-Pam) Medlin. Six grandchildren Lloyd Medlin, Dave Gardner, Jeremy Medlin, Dawn Parker, Aaron Medlin, Kari Medlin. & many great grands.

She is preceded in death by her sister Fay Brady Ruediger and two grandsons Lance Medlin and Michael Medlin.

Leola was "Grandma" to all who knew her. Grandma was a fierce prayer warrior who loved Jesus & her family above all. This was made clear in the way she lived her life. Serving Jesus faithfully, until her last breath. The sacrifices she made over the years for her children, grandchildren and great grands. The thousands upon thousands of prayers spoken over each person by name. Jesus blessed us with Grandma because he knew her prayers would touch generations. She is so loved and will be deeply missed.

One generation shall praise thy works to another and shall declare thy mighty acts.

Psalms 145 : 4

A graveside service will take place for Leola at Carolina Memorial Gardens, 7113 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406, on Sunday October 29, 2023 at 2:00pm.

He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.
