Louie Wayne Moore, 75, of North Charleston passed away on December 18, 2014. Louie was born on March 7, 1939 to Lamar and Louise Moore in Hart County, GA. He retired from the Charleston Naval Shipyard in 1993 where he worked for over 30 years. He was an avid golfer and Clemson football fan. A fixture in the old North Charleston community, Louie will be missed by many friends. He is survived by a daughter, Lynn Moore Tolly (Kasey) of North Charleston; a son, Louie Wayne Moore, Jr. (Greg) of Charlotte, NC, and a brother, Thomas C. Moore (Zelda) of Bonneau. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert Moore. A memorial service will take place on Sunday, December 21, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until time of service.
