Meridy is survived by her husband Patrick Jenkins Sr.; her son Patrick Jenkins Jr.; her sister Carol Bearing; Christy, Dolly, and Mary.
Meridy is preceded in death by her aunt Ludie.
Meridy was an OR Tech at St. Francis hospital for 20 years and she enjoyed baking in her free time. She will be forever loved and missed by those who knew her.
A memorial chapel service will be held for Meridy on Sunday March 20, 2022 at 11:00AM at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home at 7113 Rivers Avenue North Charleston, South Carolina 29406.
