Mrs. Mildred Adams

Frances Mildred Adams,87, of North Charleston, SC, widow of Haynes W. Adams, entered into eternal rest at her home, Thursday December 10, 2015. The relatives and friends of Mildred Adams are invited to attend her funeral services at 1:30 pm Sunday December 13, 2015 at CAROLINA MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 5-7 pm at the funeral home. Mildred was born May 13, 1928 in Grover, SC, a daughter of the late John Murray Shieder and Cora Eugenia Weeks Shieder. She was a homemaker and a member of North Charleston United Methodist Church. She will be remembered as a loving, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her daughters: Gayle Ratcliffe ( Michael) of Charleston, SC and Belinda A. Koon (Jim) of Gastonia, NC, sisters: Doris Hutto of St. George, SC and Helen Smith of Charleston, SC, 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years Haynes Adams and a granddaughter: Kerri R. Reed.
