Sandra Neville

She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a cherished friend whose kindness and warmth touched everyone who knew her.

Sandra shared 49 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Donald Neville.

She was a proud and caring mother to her two sons, Jay (Jamie) Neville and Terry (Christine) Neville, and a devoted grandmother to seven grandchildren: Taylor, TJ, Uniah, Gloria, Jonah, Jessica, and Anastacia Neville. She is also survived by her brothers, Bobby Winn, Richard Winn, and David Winn.

A talented professional hairstylist, Sandra took great pride in her work and the relationships she built throughout her career. Above all, she loved her family deeply and found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She enjoyed bowling, gardening, and spending time with her beloved dogs, Rambo and Bella, who brought her constant companionship and happiness.

Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance during a visitation on Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home, 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, South Carolina 29406. A celebration of Sandra’s life will be held the following day, Friday, January 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Carolina Memorial Funeral Home.

Sandra will be remembered for her loving heart, gentle spirit, and the deep devotion she had for her family. She will be dearly missed.
