Shirley Mae Gray

Shirley is survived by her daughters Terry Atwood and Jeanne McCrackin; her grand children James Crews; Karen Simmerson; Jennifer Cowart; Michelle Power; Amber Gray; Morgan Davis Haller; and Matthew McCrackin, as well as her great grand children Katherine Moore; Caroline Moore; Lathan Cowart; Wren Cowart; Daulton Conover; Brennan Smith; Max Haller; Levi Power; and Noah Power.

Shirley is preceded in death by her loving husband Claude Gray, her daughter Noreen Martin, and her son Tim Gray.

Shirley was known for all of the fun themed parties she loved to throw. Shirley also loved to write. She wrote stories about growing up in the 1920s during the Great Depression, Cookbooks, and even Christmas books (to name a few). Shirley spent a lot of her life as a Sales Woman working for various department stores. She will be forever loved and missed by so many.

There will be a visitation for Shirley at Carolina Memorial Funeral home at 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, South Carolina, 29406 followed by a memorial service. There will be a burial to follow at Carolina Memorial Gardens.
