He leaves behind his two children, Teri Michelle Hutson Reedy and Michael Anthony “Tony” Hutson, Grandson Greylon Reedy, Fiancé Debi Myers, step Grandson Jamie Dickie, his sister Fanio Spanos King, niece Cameron King, his Aunt Rosie “Rose Bud” Bullard, his brother Michael Spanos, and many close friends and family.
Terry was loved by everyone and never met a stranger. He was always quick with a joke and made light out of difficult times. He had a love of music and was a wonderful guitar player and shared his talents with everyone, especially his grandson. Terry was full of fun and often wore funny hats and many hats in general. He was very creative with his hands and built things for many people with his eye for detail and craftsmanship.
There are countless stories he told about growing up in Downtown Charleston and the mischief he and his buddies found entertaining. Terry was a captivating story teller and made everything funnier and more interesting with his slight exaggerations.
So the next time you hear the Jim Crocesong, “Bad, Bad Leroy Brown” or Hall and Oats “Maneater” take a moment to remember all the good times that Terry shared with you. He will be well remembered and missed dearly.
