Mario Gutierrez Aguilar

Mario died as a Frontliner during this pandemic.

Mario was born on May 12, 1952 @ Lubang Mindoro. He graduated Bachelor of Science in Nursing @ Marian School of Nursing. He has worked at the General Hospital of Kalookan and at Martinez Memorial Hospital in the Philippines.

Mario worked more than half of his life as a Registered Nurse (Assistant DON; MDS) at the Kennedy Care Center in Fairfax.

Mario loves taking care of the patients and by just one glance Mario already knew what’s wrong with the patient and what the patient needs. Our Super Mario was sweet, caring, giving and always helping not only the patients but as well as his co-workers.

Mario was a great husband, father, brother, friend, co-worker and not to forget the BEST CHEF. Mario has lived his life making a difference in the lives of many.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held @ 5Pm on October 7, 2020 (Wednesday) at the Pierce Brothers Valhala. There will be a mass on October 8, 2020 (Thursday) @ 1 pm @ the Chapel of Pierce Brothers Valhala.

Mario survived by his wife Eloisa, his 2 daughters Marissa the eldest and her husband Paolo and granddaughter Marielle, Marlene the youngest daughter and her husband Miko and his four dogs Kicks, Tiger, Cody and Duke.

You will be Greatly Missed Our Super Mario, Our President, Our Kuya Mar, Our Mang Mario.
