Howard is survived by his children Amy and Lee( Lindi); grandchildren: Kylie, Shane, Sadye, Jaxon, and Jace and bother Larry (Sandi).
Donations can be made in the honor of Howard Cohen to the NINDS Gift Fund by mailing a check or money order made payable to "National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke" or to "NINDS" with a letter stating that the money is to be used to support the mission of the NINDS.
