Marvin was a singular man. He was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. His death follows a successful career in finance that led him to work in several industries, including corporate accounting, theater and movie production, cosmetics packaging, real estate development, and, for the past 35 years, as the founder of a worldwide automotive model parts company. He collected art and traveled the world, dining at noted restaurants and visiting museums and galleries. He was a cigar aficionado for over 75 years. He followed his bliss.
Marvin is survived by his children, Andrew Meit, Sheri (Bruce) Abrahams, and K. David (Flo) Meit. He is also survived by his two adored granddaughters, Rebecca and Hannah, and his two cherished great-granddaughters, Sophie and Leah. His death follows that of his loving wife of 53 years, Sonie and his grandson Benjamin.
