Anne was born on April 6, 1943, in Memphis, Tennessee, and spent her life marked by dedication, faith, and kindness to all who knew her. She built a distinguished career with Remington, where she served as a Master Production Planner overseeing all three manufacturing areas—centerfire, shotshell, and primer manufacturing. In her role, she worked closely with sales and forecasting alongside the corporate office, earning the respect of colleagues through her professionalism, knowledge, and commitment.
Beyond her professional life, Anne was deeply engaged in her community. She graciously hosted exchange students, opening her home and heart to young people from around the world, and was actively involved in fundraising efforts that contributed to the growth and betterment of the Cabot community.
A woman of deep faith, Anne was an active and devoted member of St. Jude’s Catholic Church in Jacksonville, Arkansas. She was especially proud to be part of the Mary Widows, finding fellowship, purpose, and service within her church community.
Anne was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Sid H. Lawson; her brother, H. Terry Rowe; and her parents, Pinky Coon and Howard T. Rowe.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Loretta Hamilton, and son-in-law Clay Hamilton; her cherished grandchildren, Brewer Hamilton and Rylie Hamilton; her brother, Russell Rowe, and sister-in-law Linda Rowe; and her sister-in-law, Margaret Rowe, along with extended family and dear friends.
Anne will be remembered as a friend to all who knew her—kind, welcoming, and generous in spirit. Her warmth, quiet strength, and unwavering love for her family, faith, and community will leave a lasting imprint on the hearts of those she touched.
A Visitation will be held at St. Jude’s Catholic Church in Jacksonville, Arkansas on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 9:00AM with Rosary at 10:00 AM. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 AM. Anne will be laid to rest in her hometown of Charleston, Missouri, beside loved ones who went before her.
Her memory will live on through the love she shared, the lives she influenced, and the faith that guided her journey.
