She is preceded in death by her grandfather, George O'Bryant and grandmother Nellie (Mundy) O'Bryant and her father, Billie(Bill) O'Bryant.
She was a 1977 graduate of Sylvan Hills High School. She spent close to 20 years working as a daycare teacher and loved working with children, to help guide them on the right path. She loved the nurturing environment of that profession.
She was a fiercely dedicated Mother, that would sacrifice anything and everything for her own children. She was a true 'mama bear'. She would do anything she could for them.
Andrew will dearly miss the unbreakable bond that he has always had with his Mother and all the experiences they shared, from lunches in elementary school to going shopping, sharing each other's dreams, watching favorite movies & tv shows together or cooking in the kitchen. She loved spaghetti, the color blue and making sure others were taken care of first. She was also a very good singer. As Andrew said "She was always a patient teacher, cooking or helping with homework. I'll miss her smile and sweet personality the most. Love you Mom!"
She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Robert David Hardin, a son, Andrew Michael Hardin, and a daughter, Ashley Marie Hardin; mother Helena Palmer and sisters Carmen Avidson and Jeanette Glancy
Her spirit and legacy will live on through the lives of so many she influenced.
