Juanita Nieto George, 93, passed away July 15, 2023. She was born to the late, Anacleto and Isidra Nieto on March 30, 1930. She was married to the late, Paul Richard George, Sr. (USAF Ret.) for 45 years.
She is survived by her three children, Cindy (CB) Ruddell, Rick George of Florida and Christy Shirey of Georgia. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Laura (Chad) Pryor, Jeff (Amanda) Hammons, Heather George and Heath (Misha) George; four great-grandchildren, Lauren Bell (Ely Conception), Matthew Hamilton (Raina Williams), Emily and Izabel Hand; and two great-great-grandchildren, Ricardo and Liliana Conception; sister-in-law, Vicki Neff (Steve) of Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews in Ohio an Texas.
She retired from the Department of Finance and Administration. After retirement she volunteered with the Rebsamen Ladies Auxiliary for many years. She was a faithful member of St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church.
Visitation will be at St. Jude Catholic Church on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, July 20 at St. Jude’s at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at Rests Hills Memorial Park. griffinleggettresthills.com.
