Pauline Adams Short, age 96, passed away Thursday, November 12, 2015. She was born April 27, 1919, in Plumerville, Arkansas to William Paul and Floy Stell Scroggin. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Melba Woodson, a brother, Jack Scroggin and a sister, Gene Hatcher. Pauline attended South Side High School in Bee Branch and was a lifetime follower of Christ. Her goal in life was to lead people to Christ. She is survived by her husband, Edgar Short; two daughters, Ruby Woodson Sanderson (Paul) of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Julie Woodson Davis (Gary) of Sherwood; half-sister, Rosemary Martin of Sherwood; half-brother, Bob Scroggin of Florida; 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 14 great great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Saturday, November 14, at 1:00 p.m. with services following at 2:00 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock, Pastor Rod Loy officiating. Interment will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
