Rita Faye Perkins

She was born December 8, 1957, in Heber Springs, Arkansas, to Bobby Ray and Carolyn Darlene Maddox. She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Sara Perkins.

She is survived by two sons, Marlen Clark of North Little Rock and Philip Perkins and wife, Brooke, of Vilonia; four siblings, Bobby Maddox of Seeley Lake, Montana, Belinda Ainsworth of Butlerville, Arkansas, Kelly Gose of Iowa and Johnny Lee Maddox of Bettendorf, Iowa; and by five grandchildren, Kaitlyn Berry, Hanna Clark, Allen Berry, Belle Perkins and Kyle Perkins.

Visitation will be Monday, September 16, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and funeral services on Tuesday, September 17, at 10:00 a.m. at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock. Entombment will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
