Ruby M. Rees, age 87, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2022. She was born in Wilson, Arkansas on October 31, 1934 to the late Frank and Martha Hazeslip. She is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Reuben Rees; brothers Chester and Lester Hazeslip; and a granddaughter, Sara.
She was a 1954 graduate of Cabot High School. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her sons, Charles Rees (Nancy) and Randy Rees; sisters, Wanda, Carolyn, Ruthie, Brenda and Debbie; brother, Larry Hazeslip; grandchildren, Abigail, Raymond, Benjamin, Aaron, Daniel, Joel, Shawn; and numerous great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 16th Section Cemetery in Austin, Arkansas on Monday, October 24, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Arrangements under the direction of Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, www.griffinleggettresthills.com.
