Ruth J. James, 92, passed away July 23, 2023. She was born April 24, 1931 in Corinth, Mississippi to the late Palmer and Mary Murrah Reed. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward E. (Buddy) James and a daughter, Terri James.
Ruth was a long time member of Lakewood United Methodist Church in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
She is survived by her son, Steve James (Jackie); grandsons, Marty James (Yolanda) and Clint James; 1 great-grandson, Justin James; sister, Carolyn McElhannon.
