Lara shared Erik’s words of love for David with us...they are so beautiful and yet haunting. I am so sorry, Erik, that you had to go through this unbearable and life altering heartbreak. May David's spirit live through you forever. So, stay strong because you hold David's torch and you need to keep David's light burning for your father... the news of his young spirit leaving us so unexpectedly really pushed all of us over the edge. It was always apparent that David and Erik are the center of your father’s world and Lara is his rainbow and sunshine (beauty and life). This is Max Singer’s Mother, Linda Singer writing to send my most deepest condolences.  I will always remember how close the boys were in Hillel. Max loved David so much.  I am beyond devastated. I wish you never to have any more sorrow. May you be comforted with the mourners of Israel and Jerusalem.

I don’t have many memories with David, but the few memories I do have show his character. David was the center of the room, and his subtle witty remarks always made everyone laugh.  One of my last memories with my Uncle was when he  and Erik took me out for lunch. Over lunch, I really started to see the similarities I shared with my uncles and knew those were men I could aspire to be like. David was taken too early, but I know he had an amazing life while he was with us. Rest In Peace.

A day of heartbreak for the entire family—David, you will be dearly missed. Thank you for making dinners with Haim light with laughter and for taking good care of my younger brother while under your watch. May your soul ascend to a better place. My heart goes out to the entire Yehezkel family. ❤️

I’m so sorry - words cannot describe the sorrow I feel for David and the rest of the family. I’m fortunate to have seen David a lot more in the past few years and talk about our shared passion for watches. One of my favorite memories is when David visited our house with Erik and Haim last year. We all drank and joked around the dinner table which was a lot of fun... I remember it fondly.
