Ethan is survived by his father, Samuel Namir Azuz and mother, Linda Azuz and brother, Elan Azuz.

A graveside service for Ethan will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 1:00 PM in South Florida Jewish Cemetery, 6081 South Congress Avenue, Lake Worth, FL 33462.
