Ilya Katz, age 89, passed away peacefully today in his home in Florida
Born in St. Petersburg, Russia he immigrated to US with his family in 1976. He had a very rich and diverse life. He was always an entrepreneur at heart, a businessman who achieved much, and later in life, a writer of political satire.
He leaves behind four children, Maria, Irina, Ilya Jr., and Katherine.
In the words of Frank Sinatra, “I Did It My Way” embodies our father’s spirit. Rest in peace to our father and husband.
