

Thomas Gray McMahon passed away on June 22, 2017 at his home in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Thomas was born in Greensboro, North Carolina on July 26, 1935, son of the late Harold Ira McMahon and Jane Barker McMahon. He is survived by his beloved wife of 24 years Rosa McMahon; son John McMahon; daughter Katherine McMahon; sister Nancy J. McMahon and nephew Matthew Forbis wife Amanda.
Thomas had a very interesting and successful career of over forty years with Uniroyal chemical with a very diverse experience:
• Sumitomo Naugatuck as Vice President and Representative Director in Osaka, Japan
• WW Marketing Manager in Naugatuck, Conn.
• Northern Latin America Sales Director in Venezuela and Costa Rica
• Cia. Quimica Ameyal (Joint Venture Uniroyal Chemical/Quimica Ameyal) as General Manager in Mexico City
• Specialty Chemicals for Latin America as Marketing manager in Coral Gables, Florida
• Director of Sales, Latin America
• Director of Specialty Chemicals in Latin America and Mexico City
He enjoyed traveling, tennis, reading and was an avid birdwatcher. Upon retirement he ventured in painting and was an active member of the acacia lodge of high point, North Carolina.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 27 at 10am at the Riverside Gordon Memorial Chapel, 17250 West Dixie Highway, North Miami Beach, FL 33160

He will be remembered for his kindness, wisdom and willingness to always help and share his knowledge; but most of all for always being a perfect gentleman.
