Itasienne Joseph

Her early years were spent in the educational system of Haiti providing her with the necessary skills to progress into her adolescence and teen years. It was during this time Itasienne was introduced to the Catholic faith which was the foundation of her spiritual growth.

At age 16, she migrated to Miami, Florida to seek more growth opportunities.

Itasienne enjoyed the simple things in life-music and dancing and was a very happy person. She shared her happiness with her children, who were the loves of her life.

One of Itasienne’s favorite past-times were trips to the casino.

Itasienne passed away June 30, 2025 at Jackson North Medical Center.

Her memories will be cherished by her children: Luna, Lucy, Edley and Marc Edward (and their father Edner Sainvelus); and extended family members and friends.

The visitation for Itasienne will be held Monday, July 14, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Caballero Rivero Southern Funeral HO, 15011 West Dixie Highway, North Miami, FL 33181. A funeral service will occur Monday, July 14, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 15011 West Dixie Highway, North Miami, FL 33181. A graveside service will occur Monday, July 14, 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Caballero Rivero Dade North, 1301 Opa-Locka Blvd, Miami, FL 33167.
