Poulos, Jack born on January 1, 1922 in Larnaca, Cyprus, passed away on July 22, 2012. He is survived by his sons; Harry, Michael and Anthony. Six grandchildren; Katerina, Jason, Rachel, Jack, Anthony and Jack. Mr. Poulos was preceded in death by his loving wife Chrystalla and daughter Agathy.

Southern Memorial Funeral Home 15011 West Dixie Highway, N Miami, FL. Funeral Mass to take place Friday July 27, 2012 at 11AM.
