

Benjamin E. Hiscock, 87, of West Palm Beach, FL passed away on Monday, October 30, 2017. Born in Fulham, England in 1930, he was formerly of England, NY, VT and a resident of Florida for the past 40 years. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 49 years, Patricia, in 2004. Mr. Hiscock was a veteran of the Royal Amoured Corps having served in many capacities in the English Army. He and his wife emigrated from England to the United States in 1955, where he worked as a mechanical engineer until his retirement. Mr. Hiscock and his wife enjoyed traveling to all parts of the world, especially to see family in England, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. He enjoyed entertaining, and had a wide circle of friends. Mr. Hiscock will be fondly remembered for his kind, friendly, and happy disposition and will be greatly missed. He is survived by his four children Stephen Hiscock (Donna), Michael Hiscock (Jenni), Jeffrey Hiscock (Patty), and Lynne DeFeo, nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on December 2, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Howard-Quattlebaum Funeral Home, 754 U.S Highway 1, North Palm Beach, FL 33408. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests those who desire, send memorial contributions in Mr. Hiscock’s name to Trustbridge Hospice, 5300 East Ave., WPB, FL 33407.
