

Frances, 93, passed away on Tuesday, May 2nd, 2023. She was born on November 23rd, 1929, in Brooklyn, NY to Antonio and Anna Ferrera. Over her 35-year career, she worked as a secretary and bookkeeper for Kaufman’s Jewelers, First American Bank, and the Palm Beach Marine Institute. Frances was also a volunteer for Hospice of Palm Beach County for 28 years, receiving numerous awards for her service. Mom was a member of the Knights of Columbus Women’s Auxiliary, and for three decades she was a member of the St. Clare’s Church Council of Catholic Women. She loved shopping and playing Mah Jongg with her loving friends.
Mother is survived by her loving husband of 70 years, Edward J. Rosi, her daughter Annette Nichols (Bob), her son John Rosi, grandchildren Robert B. Nichols, Christina Rosi-Dzwonkiewicz (Jason), great-grandchildren Cynthia Lashley, Jared Lilly, Kendall Prep (Mother Kelly Prep), and sister Minnie Branciforte.
Frances is preceded in death by her parents Antonio and Anna, her son’s Arthur E. Rosi and Edward A. Rosi and brothers John and Joseph Ferrera.
Memorial donations may be given to Hospice at Palm Beach Gardens Hospital.
Mother’s family wishes to thank the caring nurses, doctors, and workers at Hospice for their loving care of our mother during her final journey.
A visitation for Frances will be held Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Howard-Quattlebaum Funeral Cremation and Event Center, 754 US Highway 1, North Palm Beach, FL 33408. A funeral service will occur Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St Clare Catholic Church, 821 Prosperity Farms Rd, North Palm Beach, FL 33408. A graveside service will occur Thursday, May 11, 2023, from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens, 5601 Greenwood Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33407 followed by a reception at the Knights of Columbus Hall in North Palm Beach.
