Margaret “Jane” James beloved by all who knew her will be greatly missed. Jane, 92, of North Palm Beach went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 9, 2016. She was born on October 2, 1923 in Clay City, IN. She was the fourth oldest of nine children, all preceded her in death except her brother Paul Roush and sister Phyllis Fox. She met the love of her life, Bill, at age 13 and married him at 19. They enjoyed 70 wonderfully happy years together before God called Bill home in November 2013. But the first and greatest love of her life was her Savior and Redeemer, Jesus Christ, whom she faithfully served. She held good news clubs in her home, taught Sunday School, and loved serving others. Her kind, gentle spirit drew people to her enabling her to share with many the way to heaven: 1) confess your sins to God; 2) believe that Jesus, God’s only perfect son, died on a cross to pay for your sins, but rose again alive the third day; 3) invite Jesus into your heart and life to be your Lord. She never tired of sharing that Good News! She leaves behind three children, Bill (Bonnie), Stephen and Connie Enochs (Larry deceased), nine grandchildren: Billy, Bob, and Brad James; Chris Kaiser, Michele Warner, PJ and Tim James; Larry Enochs and Faith Bland; 28 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A viewing at First Baptist Church Tequesta will be held on Saturday, May 14th from 1:00-2:00 PM, followed by a service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Mission for Haiti, Suite 196, 2123 Old Spartanburg Road, Greer, SC 29650.
