Norma Martinez, 65, of West Palm Beach, passed away January 21, 2014 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Norma was born in Puerto Rico to Francisco and Matilde Rivera on June 28, 1948. She was raised in New York where she met her husband of 44 years. She moved to Palm Beach County in 1975 where she has built a wonderful and loving life for her family. Norma enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren and eating a good meal with family and friends.
Norma is preceded in death by her parents Francisco and Matilde and her brother Francisco. Norma is survived by her husband Walter; son Walter; two daughters Vanessa and Tania; son-in-law Marco; daughter-in-law Sheryl; four grandchildren Rachael, Connor, Vivien and Victoria.
The family will receive friends (TODAY) Friday, January 24, 2014 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Howard-Price Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30am on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 2815 S Seacrest Blvd, Boynton Beach, FL 33435.
