To all the family:
I am so sorry for your loss.
Aunt Lois and Uncle Ian were a huge part of my life when they lived in their wonderful, cosy and welcoming home in the valley. The fireplace sparked as Uncle Ian added logs and stoked it. Aunt Lois and I ate sunflower seeds galore and our visits with them were special and loving. We talked for hours. We enjoyed each others company very much.
The last time I saw Aunt Lois was when Bronwyn and I took a trip to North Van to visit. It was so special.
I am very grateful that she and Uncle Ian were a part of of my life.
Rest in Peace Lois.
May you join your beloved Ian again.
Best regards to all.

Too-da-loo indeed, dear Aunt Lois. We were so fortunate growing up to have this special, caring, warm, vibrant and beautiful person in our lives. She was a tremendous influence on my father and he passed many of those positive things about Lois forward.
Many fond memories of visiting in Edmonton, and even here in Vancouver for the rare, but very special Chinese Food meal together.
A beautiful soul, reunited with her soulmate.
May you rest peacefully, Aunt Lois.
Love, Bronwyn.

Lois Young was a beloved daughter, sister, wife and much loved Aunt. Her great sense of humor and her infectious laugh will be greatly missed. She had a zest for life which was apparent when she rode for the Edmonton Sherriff's Posse. Lois was one of the three female members who were flagbearers for the musical ride group which performed at the Calgary Stampede, as well as at Saskatoon, Vancouver and throughout Alberta. Our memories of her will last forever and also bring a smile as we remember her last "too-da-loo".

Aunt Lois was the most amazing Aunt a nephew or niece could ever dream of. She always provided me with unconditional support throughout my entire life and guided me through some challenging times. I am grateful that she at peace but her passing has left a hole in my heart. We will always remember her signature "too-da-loo" at the end of a chat.
Love,
Grant, Doran and Bronwyn
