It is with great sadness and love we announce the passing of our dear mom Mabel Helen Bunyan, in her 97th year, on May 28, 2024 at Peace Arch hospital in White Rock.
Mom was predeceased by her husband John, and son Brian. She’s is lovingly remembered by her daughters Maureen (Wayne), Shareen (Bill), and son Rick. She is also remembered by her 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 2 great, great grandchildren, who loved her dearly.
Mom was an avid gardener and loved growing and tending to her amazing flower garden. She also loved her morning walks on the White Rock promenade with friends, followed by a coffee visit at the mall. In their earlier life, Mom and dad’s special place was their cabin in Eastgate, Manning Park. They loved their getaways there with family.
Mom will be forever in our hearts.
A private gathering will be held at a date to be determined.
