Babcia was greatly admired by her family and those who knew her for her desire and ability to bring joy to those around her, often through her culinary prowess! Regularly whipping up bigos, salatka kartofli, placki kartoflaneplaski, barscht (and more!) made her the unrivaled quintessential polish soul-food provider, and will forever be remembered as such. Her strength and determination was always amazing- walking the hills of North van and starlight way- and the memories of her will be fondly cherished. My condolences to her loved ones, namely Ella, Cynthia, Trevor, and Adriana.
