Born in Premier, B.C. May 9, 1937 - Died in Surrey, B.C. February 11, 2023.
Bill, as everyone knew him, passed peacefully in his sleep at home. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Mary, 2 sisters Elsie and Doreen and his brother Joe. Survived by his wife, Rita, step-daughter, Marlene, grand-daughters, Jacey, Tayla and Alliyah, bother and sisters in laws, Paul, Cecile, Maurice, Dennis, Rene, their families and many treasured friends. We will all miss him immensely! Bill had a warm
heart, although he tried hard not to show it! He was a dedicated husband, great brother, an excellent son and a good man. His wife, Rita, of 52 years, supported and took great care of him.
In his later years Bill suffered from Diabetes and Dementia but despite these challenges his love for making people laugh surpassed this and he couldn’t help himself but to tell jokes which lightened the mood. He loved to be the center of attention and was usually his biggest fan which made people chuckle even more.
According to Bill’s expressed wishes there will be no formal gathering but he will be very dearly missed and loved forever!
