Debra Foreman

Debra Jane Foreman, age 59, of Akron, Ala., died July 24, 2016, at UAB. A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Friday, July 29, 2016, at Sunset Funeral Home with Rev. Delbert Canterberry officiating and Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the funeral home.She was preceded in death by her mother, Jewel Alexander; father, James Henry Massey (father); and stepfather, Virgil Alexander.Survivors include her husband, Danny Gene Foreman; daughter, Tracey Michelle Grissom; son, James Travis Walters; sisters, Patsy McCain, Jeanie Walker and Judy Latham; and grandchildren, Anna Grace Grissom and James Michael Hartley.Debra Jane Massey Foreman was called home to our Lord on July 24, 2016, at UAB Hospital. Born on August 22, 1956 in Tuscaloosa, her career including owning Cross The River Club, Somebody's Outback and managing Dew Drop Inn in Las Vegas, Nev. after moving there in 1999. Debra moved back in 2012 to spend her retirement closer to friends and family.
