BUHL | Herman Ray Sullivan, age 74, of Buhl, died Monday, December 1, 2014, at Northport Medical Center. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, December 4, 2014, at Sunset Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Dockery officiating. Burial will follow in Dunns Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 3, 2014, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Exie Mae Sullivan; sister, Nina Phearson; and brothers, Jame Sullivan, Jessie Sullivan, Lonnie Sullivan and John D. Sullivan. Survivors include his sisters, Wilma Allen of Northport and Bessie Byrd (Benford) of Northport; brother, Douglas Sullivan of Birmingham; and a host of nieces and nephews.
