NORTHPORT | James A. Busby, age 78, of Northport, died February 7, 2014, at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty J. Busby.Survivors include his daughter, Marie Medders (Jim); son, Larry Busby (Tyra); sister, LaRue Rowe; grandchildren, Amanda Chesser (Darryl), Kelly Gray, Boyle Busby, and Anden Busby; and great-granddaughter, Stellie Gray.
