NORTHPORT – Janice Marie Hayes, age 64, of Northport, died September 13, 2017, at her residence. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, September 17, 2017, at Sunset Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Leon Winters and Guy Webster Causey officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Gardens with Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be Saturday, September 16, 2017, from 3 to 5 p.m., at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Hendrix and father, Curtis Hayes.
Survivors include her sisters, Linda Winters (Leon), Bobbie Epperson (Bob) and Joyce Hayes and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Scott Winters, Derek Winters, Chris Epperson, Chris Edge, Scotty Winters and Gabe or Cody Winters.
Honorary pallbearers are the staff and employees of Amedysis Hospice Care.
