Madynn Jordan

Infant Madynn Presley Jordan, age 7 weeks, died August 11, 2013, at Children's Hospital of Alabama. Services will be 2 p.m. today at Sunset Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Jordan officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clarence and Ann Nunnaly, Joe and Lou Dean Jordan, and Rebecca Sellers.

Survivors include her parents, Jeremy and Chelsie Jordan of Northport; grandparents, Diana and Bruce Sellers of Dothan and Gene and Rochelle Jordan of Jackson, Miss.; uncles and aunts, Jonathan and Bethany Jordan, Jasmine Jordan, Jessica Sellers, Benard Laurel Foster, and Benjamin Sellers; and great-grandparents, David and Janet Dulaney.

Madynn Presley Jordan went to be with the Lord Sunday night, as she passed away peacefully in the loving arms of her parents at Children's Hospital. In only seven weeks, Madynn brought so much love and joy to everyone she came in contact with. Her parents are blessed beyond words to have called her their daughter. This sweet angel is now looking down from above, running and jumping, with so much love.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Jordan and Benjamin Sellers.
