Stacie was a very loving, kind, and special person. She was a wonderful mother as well as grandmother, wife and friend. It would be wrong to say Stacie lost her battle because she never stopped fighting no matter how sick she was. She was always determined and loving when anyone else would have a broken. Stacie stayed strong through it all! Through her we know what resilience and perseverance truly looks like. There was no quitting in Stacie! Just because she is no longer with us does not mean she lost her fight, it does mean that she was such a wonderful person that she made sure her family was okay in life then, after being so tired for so long she decided to rest. Her love for the Lord kept her at peace leaving us all knowing where she was going.
