

1929 --2024 Janice Lucille Chamberlin Eddo, age 95, daughter of Ole Wilbert Chamberlin and Dorothy L. Evans, passed away peacefully in her home in North Hills, CA on October 9th,2024.
Janice was born September 11th, 1929, in Salt Lake City, the first child for her parents. She was adored by her many aunts, uncles, and grandparents. She grew up in East Mill Creek and loved the orchards, downtown Salt Lake, mountains and canyons.
During World War II, the Chamberlin family moved to Sun Valley, CA. Janice graduated from Verdugo Hills High School and attended business school. She worked in the Legal Department at Lockeed and on weekends a popular department store. There she met Clyde H. Eddo on leave from his naval duties in San Diego. After the war ended, they married on October 2, 1948, in Glendale, CA.
Janice loved her family, friends, cooking, entertaining, talking on the phone and music from Big Band to Willie Nelson. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints. She is survived by her children: Nancy L. Eddo, Scott (Lori) Eddo, Kurt (Gina) Chamberlin7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, sisters, Marlene Stutts and Dottie Delaney, and brothers Eddie and Gary Chamberlin.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, November 7th, 2024, at Glen Haven Memorial Cemetery.
