Thomas is survived by his wife, Diane, and children James and Christina. Tom was the fourth of five boys and was predeceased by his parents Rudolph and Jacqueline Herzog.
It goes without saying that Tom loved his family. Growing up, he enjoyed many summers at Hebgen Lake, Montana with his brothers, Bud, Mark, Joe and Richard, and then with his own family. Tom took pride in his trade as a tile setter and also created meticulous works of art from brass. At one point, his art had been shown in two art galleries. Tom was always the jokester, was able to do a number of celebrity impersonations and enjoyed singing songs made famous by Frank Sinatra and Andy Williams. Tom and Diane were married for 40 years.
A visitation for Thomas will be held Thursday, August 29th from 9:00am to 9:30am at Bastian and Perrott, Oswald Mortuary, 18728 Parthenia Street, Northridge, California 91324.
