He was born in Willimantic, CT on March 2, 1937 to the late Everett and Rosetta (Albro) Potter. On March 15, 1958 at Versailles Methodist Church, he married his beloved wife, Julia A. (Kissel), who predeceased him.
Charlie worked as a Pressman at the former Atlantic Packaging in Norwich until his retirement.
When not at work he enjoyed spending time with his family, gardening and woodworking.
Charlie is survived by his daughters; Tammy Potter-Zerbarini and Kimberly Jacques, brother; Donald Potter, and grandchildren; Taylor Haight and Alexis Jacques.
At Charlie’s request, services will be private at the convenience of the family.
