Gloria M Predmore

Gloria was born on June 27th, 1929 in New London, CT to the late Ralph and Evelyn (Williams) Golding. After meeting her soul mate, William Predmore, they were married in New Jersey on December 5, 1953. He predeceased her on Sept 12, 2005.

Gloria’s main job was to care for her family and she did it well. Additionally, she loved to knit and crochet and loved to tell a good story. She enjoyed her time at the Norwich Senior Center as well when she was able.

She is survived by her sons; William Predmore, Roy Predmore, Don Predmore, Robert Matthews and John Matthews, her daughter; Jerri Ann Zito, sister; Mildred Stanton, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her two brothers; Milton and Walter Golding.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday at 10am at Church & Allen Funeral Home, 136 Sachem St., Norwich, CT with a calling hour from 9am till the time of the service. Burial will immediately follow at Maplewood Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, Gloria requests donations to be made to the Norwich Senior Center.
